DIGITAL PERFORMANCE ANALYST
Road Ready Marketing
Position will be responsible for developing the digital reporting and analytics for Road Ready and the Road Ready website.
Reporting and integration of Lead Forensics, Google Analytics, Magento, and any future MarTech stack components.
Monitoring all digital media to drive engagement.
Make recommendations on user experience, web content enhancements, customer experience platform integrations and more.
Organize and analyze data from various sources with the purpose of turning numbers into information to influence decision making.
Analyze competitive activity in the marketplace and translate learnings into actionable insights.
Oversee and resolve the key data issues involving quality and consistency of data for analytical purposes.
Effectively summarize and simplify analysis results that are to be shared with teammates and business partners through a wide variety of mediums.
3-5 years relevant experience.
Experience with Google Analytics, Salesforce, and other MarTech platforms.
Understand and use digital tools, technologies and trends, with proven ability to leverage those for success.
Ability to be flexible in a changing work environment and to work well under pressure.
Ability to translate metrics/results into actionable insights to drive business goals.
Self-motivated, team-oriented, excellent communicator.
