President, Safety Solutions

Doug Wolma is the President of Safety Solutions for Clarience Technologies. Wolma joined the Company in 2018 bringing nearly 30 years of experience in the automotive and heavy-duty industries.

Prior to joining Clarience Technologies, Wolma was President of AP Emissions Technologies, the North American leader in automotive aftermarket emissions equipment. He also served as Vice President and Global Aftermarket General Manager for Dana Incorporated. Prior to these roles, Wolma spent seven years at Meritor and fourteen years at Detroit Diesel gaining valuable experience in OE and aftermarket operational and commercial management.

Wolma received his master’s degree in Business from Central Michigan University and his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
