Gina Capua
Executive Vice President, General Counsel
Gina Capua serves as executive vice president, General Counsel for Clarience Technologies.
Joining the company in 2020, Capua bringing over 15 years of legal experience. Prior to joining Clarience Technologies, Capua was Assistant General Counsel of Guardian Industries, one of the largest global manufacturers of float glass and fabricated glass products. Prior to joining Guardian, Capua spent six years at Dykema, a national law firm, where she focused on mergers and acquisitions, bankruptcy and general corporate work. Capua received her J.D. from Wayne State University and her B.A. from the University of Michigan.
