Mark Bara is the Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Clarience Technologies. Bara was elevated to this role in 2018 and is responsible for overseeing all sales and marketing functions for the global Clarience Technologies organization.
Bara brings to this position over 45 years of experience in the commercial vehicle industry, including 13 years of experience as the President of DAVCO, a Clarience Technologies company. Before joining DAVCO in 2005, he spent 32 years at Detroit Diesel Corporation, serving in leadership roles in engineering, manufacturing as well as sales and marketing.
Bara received his master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan and his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from General Motors Institute, now known as Kettering University.
