Paul Sniegocki
Executive Vice President, Engineering & Chief Technology Officer
Paul Sniegocki is the Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President for Clarience Technologies. Sniegocki has spent 32 years with the Company. Including experience with Clarience, Sniegocki has over 38 years working in new product development in various capacities servicing transportation, industrial and consumer industries.
Sniegocki was elevated to the role of CTO in 2018 after serving as the Vice President of Research and Development since 2007. As CTO he is responsible for advanced technology research and development servicing Clarience business units as well as leading efforts of internal and external technology sharing and collaboration. Previously, Sniegocki held the roles of Director of Engineering, Research Engineering Manager and Senior Project and Tooling Engineer after joining Truck-Lite in 1992. He was heavily involved with the company’s transition from electrical to electronics products. This transition was followed by the transition to digital products and industry’s first Smart Trailer solution – Road Ready launched in 2017.
Sniegocki received his master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Gannon University, a bachelor’s degree in Polymer and Plastics Engineering from Penn State Erie, The Behrend College, and a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Grove City College. As the technical lead Sniegocki represents Clarience with industry groups such as NHTSA, SAE, TSEI, TTMA, and currently chairing the MEMA/HDATC group and TMC AV task force.
